Can anyone recommend a solid routine for at home workout using BW and kettlebells?

Exercise tip: You can do Australian pull-ups/chin-ups. Grab a broom, put it on top and across two chairs and get to work. You can use the chairs for dips too.
I know nothing about kettlebells.
Calisthenic Movement has posted some stuff bc of the quarantine. Check it out.

What weight KB's?
I was homebound with shingles for a bit with a 25 and 50 LB KB only and had success with circuit training.
I would do an upper giant set of pushups, pullups/rows, KB OHP, curls, tricep extension, shrug.
For lower, I'd do split squat, KB swing, goblet squat and hip thrusts.
Doing it in giant sets will get a decent cardio burn going, which is sort of a tradeoff for the lack of ability to do progressive overload.

I have two 40 pound KBs. And a 25 pound weight vest.

I'd recommend some variation of my circuit.
You can use the vest for pushups, close grip pushups and split squats. The KB's, you could probably OHP.
With a pair, you can do RDL's and goblet squats/lunges fairly simply too. Legs are the hardest thing to work through at home, IMO.

Just hit weighted pushups, kb press, double kb swing, kb front squat, kb overhead squat, kb rows, kb sldl
Find a place to do pullups
Krypteia is a great place to get an idea how to structure but use movement patterns instead of exercises themselves
