I dint have a problem with anyone on juice, use all you want, more power to you....my problem is the hey look at me, I live this lifestyle and it's the healthiest thing ever snd if you do like me you will look like me bullshite.

There’s a local farm 30 minutes from where I live that sales grass fed and finished beef and raw milk. They also sale heart tongue and liver. Their hearts are typically at least 3 pounds after the vessels and such are removed and it was 15.00
You can pan fry it, slow cooker, or even follow the Anticucho recipe (a beef heart Peruvian dish), and it’s amazing
