I've already lost 5lbs, and I'm lucky its only been that much. This is so depressing, I'm ready to get back in the gym asap.

I've been using my yeti for box jumps and slinging it on my back for squats. I've also been hanging things on my ladder for curls and shoulder press.

Desparate times, but it works

Grabbed some dumbbells and bands from various stores. It’s a mash up of various items but it works. I’ve been doing some of John Meadows new at home training with the bands.

Honestly, I’ve had to use 2 or 3 bands for several exercises but this is working for me. Ramped it up with short rest intervals and supersets. Sore like I hit the gym hard today.

Just commit to knocking it out in some capacity. Kohl’s has a dinky set of bands but you need two sets of them. Curbside pickup.

I've got some exercise bands and a pull-up bar. That and Nike Training app has been my saving grace

Yal should reach out to some local CrossFit gyms. I called a couple and they said they’d let me rent a barbell set from them. I got a barbell and a set of 45s, 25s, 15s, 10s, 5s, and 2.5s for $75/month.

It’s less than ideal, but I was dying with only body weight stuff.

My home gym consists of:

pull up bar
jump rope
a sandbag I made out of a 50lb bag of gravel.

That's it.

A couple kettlebells and doing swings and get ups will be more than enough to keep you in decent shape in the meantime. Will also kick you arse cardio-wise and some core muscles you rarely hit otherwise.
