read an article about the best natural supplements you're not taking and it was listed.
Supposed to help with Mag absorption, joint pain, and supposedly raises free testosterone
I bought 3mg tablets and wanted to see if anyone has experience.

I haven't as my free test is top of the range but have been wanting to try it. Dante trudal is huge on it and pretty much anything he says is worth its weight in gold.

My elderly mother had 6 or so bad falls before she died at 90.She never broke a bone and I couldn’t understand why.I came across an article about boron being beneficial for bone health.Prunes are high in boron, she had chronic constipation and all my life she ate stewed prunes and drank prune juice daily.Apparently that helped her avoid breaking any bones.
Other foods that are high in boron are raisins, avocados and some others.I would think it would be better to get boron from a food source rather than taking a supplement.Raisins ,for example are rich in antioxidants and potassium.

Yes.
12mg (6mg twice a day)
Take every day for two weeks and then stop taking it for an entire week. It increases free testosterone, but after two weeks it starts to increases estrogen. When you cycle off you prevent that from happening.
