Anyone here tried arm wrestling training?

I have done a little. Although my tendons were in pain for a while after. I tend to do well because I have a strong hand and wrist flexor but it does come with risk.
Anyone else tried? Its become one of my favorite sports over the last couple of years. Levan Saginashvili is the top guy right now.

I went down a wormhole one day on YouTube and watched several vids of this 19-20 year old, baby-faced guy (Russian) who was wasting huuuuuuge muscular dudes.
I’m not an arm wrestler but enjoyed the video journey.

Man against Levan I just don’t know. I imagine he’ll be at his strongest ever too when he faces Devon. He has such a big hand and wrist with immense power to go with it. This will be a much taller order than Denis in 2018.
Would love to meet and pull Brzenk. Seems like a really nice guy and he looks “ordinary” compared to most arm wrestlers, yet he can beat almost anyone (minus Vitaly, Levan and Pancake Devon)
