I’m interested in starting to make my own preworkout. I’ve been using the proprietary blend stuff for a while and there’s no way it can be healthy for my heart long-term
I’d like to start making my own pre workout using a combination of caffeine, amino acids, and BCAAs
Does anyone else do this? What ingredients do you use and in what portions?

Get a prescription for cialis and use that. It’s an awesome preworkout just don’t use viagra

Believe it or not Viagra is on the banned substance list for WADO. It does give you an edge in performance.

Well I mean both cialis and viagra get your blood pumping really good. My experience with using viagra for a preworkout is random erections, where I don’t have that problem with cialis.

Mine is coffee, grass fed butter, caprylic acid and some cocotropic.
I plan to add a 3:1:2 BCAA powder with psyllium (to make the bcaa slow release) to the mix during the next month.
