I'm about 5'9 165 wanting to put on another 15lbs.
With my work schedule, generally I only eat twice a day.

Instead of a powder, mix oats, peanut butter, 2 scoops of protein powder, milk and some frozen berries together in a mixer. Cheaper and does the same thing.

That stuff is terrible. It's full of sugar and hardly any protein.
Just make protein shakes with whey, oatmeal, peanut butter, oil, banana, and milk.

At work and didn't get to gather my thoughts together completely.
I had ordered some ON Serious Mass,12lb bag. Guess I'll go ahead and give it a try.
Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor.
I'm a very lean 165 as much of my weight is in my mid-section.
Ordered some dumb bells too. Maybe join a gym after a couple months of dumbells. Or maybe some kind of home gym set.

Sounds like if you gain weight you're just going to get fat
