Any recommended dietitians in BR?

Over the last year I have been doing better with my food choices, but I feel like I need some help. I have always done better with things when I have a set plan. Does anyone know of good dietitians in Baton Rouge? I know I could just google it, but I’m hoping someone can speak from experience.

It's your money spend it like you want, but that seems like an awful lot of money to spend when there's mountains of free content out there that's arguably better.

What do you need big daddy? You looking for macros or a complete plan with food choices spelled out?
I can give you a plan for free if you would like. Email me tdlsu777@gmail.com
All I ask is post your results and stick to the plan for 12 weeks.

You can be armed with tons of knowledge and not apply it properly. Sometimes experts that are trained can be worth it.
Personally, my insurance covers my dietitian visits and I just have a $35 copay, and I only go once a month. Not expensive all.

That's not a bad deal at all. I'd think you're the exception not the rule with that copay though.
Again, it's his money so I'm not judging, just throwing in my 2 cents.

BR General has a Metabolic Spectrum center that has several dietitians.
If your looking for an athlete nutritionist/dietician, look up the girl at FITT BR.

I’d like it to be as specific as possible. I’ll post number results, but I’m not posting pics. I’ll send you an email.

so I hit you back with everything.
Honestly i will be more than happy to send over what I sent over to deaf to anybody that is willing to put in the work, listen and make the plan their bitch. its detailed and custom based on your goals, no charge just ask that you post your results after 3/6/12 weeks in a thread on here. No pics if you don't feel comfortable. Its a flexible diet approach in most cases.
If you want anything more specific than that I suggest you get with working against gravity. They are a local company in Baton Rouge that has a very very high success rate and has helped over 15k people. They are closer intertwined with the functional fitness community and weightlifting community as the founder is married to one of the Brute Force owners. Its expensive, but very detailed and unlike most places has a community on facebook and their own forum to help people stay motivated.
