I had media and lateral meniscus tears in 2019. No repair, had it cleaned up. Was riding a bike the next day pain free. 1-2 weeks and I was back to my normal lifestyle.
Concerned I may have a lateral tear in the opposite knee. Hoping it’s just tendinitis.

I had ACL surgery in 2015. Check out “knees over toes guy”. I’ve started incorporating some of his workouts into what I normally do.

Tore mine playing soccer. Opted to not have the surgery and instead did physical therapy. Still play soccer every weekend with no issues.
