It's damn near impossible to find info online because every search leads me to vitamin deficiencies causing the twitches and not the vitamin itself. My only resource has been a forum post on Mayo clinic: LINK

I've been taking a Nature's Bounty B-complex and noticed twitching, mostly in my lats, thighs and biceps. For a while I didn't put it together and thought maybe I was dehydrated, or lacking magnesium, or wasn't getting enough sleep. Well over the holidays I stopped taking the vitamins just because I got out of the routine and the twitching (in hindsight, i didn't realize at the time) went away!

Then after the holidays wrapped up I started taking it again and the twitching came right back. It got to the point where it'd wake me up from my sleep with constant lat twitching. I didn't realize until this weekend when I had been off the vitamins for a few days that the twitching subsided, no other changes to my diet, sleep, or exercise.

Does anyone else have experience with this? Or any of the docs that post here want to weigh in? I'm going to stop taking the vitamins for now because it's honestly the only thing I've pinpointed to be the cause.

I get it in my biceps and thighs pretty regular. Had no idea it could be from the Natures Bounty vitamin B I take daily. Mine isn't bad enough to wake me up at night but sometimes it will stay with me for 2 days in a row.

I heard they started lacing fentanyl in B vitamins. B12 was getting expensive and couldn't keep up the 8333% amount.
