My provider tells me that 0.1 MG is all you want to take at a time. He told me why but I can't really remember but I believe it was the swing in Estrogen that 1 MG can cause. He also told me to only take when I feel symptoms of high Estrogen, not set days. I have a meeting with him next week so I will ask and report back.

Very very few people need a AI at all on TRT doses. Now if you’re doing a blast, that’s a different story. My BF% was high as giraffe arse when I first started and I still didn’t aromatize enough to require AI. If I would’ve taken my prescribed dose without doing my own homework, I would’ve felt like shite. There’s no worse feeling than crashing your E2.

before even considering taking an AI, look at your Test frequency. For example, if you're pinning only once/week, break it up into smaller doses more frequenty

Testosterone at 740 - Topical Cream
Free Test at 18
Estradiol Sensitive at 40.3
DHEA 148
Insulin Like Growth Factor 192
SHBG at 27.1
Was prescribed on 3/17/24 0.1 MG Anastrazole to be taken only as symptoms come up. Rarely did I take more than 1 in two weeks.
