4th Quarter Fitness Plan

Looking for something to jump into for the last quarter of the year and really dig into.

Goals are to get lean and ripped and maybe pack on a little muscle, but do not want to get overly big.

5'10- 180 Currently. I think my ideal weight may be somewhere around 175, however I hovered around 170 when I did my first Half Ironman 3 years ago.

I was thinking about P90X 3. Anyone recommend or have a program they would recommend? I feel like I've always done better with a guidelines to follow each day.
