New Orleans

New Orleans is ranked at 111 on WalletHub's list, which places it among some of the unhealthier cities, but not among the worst.

New Orleans overall total score is 45.21, and its healthcare rank is 157, food rank is 115, fitness rank is 100 and its green space rank is 53.

i mean its a couple things...

median income is much different, crime is different etc

but in the end, lets call a spade a spade, 99% of these list come down to simple demographics and then you could say median income.
