no problem,

here is 531 prep school. I love this program for kids about 12-14 (6th-8th grade) but i do believe you should add carries at the end of each lifting session. rotating through farmers walks, overhead farmers walks, sandbag carries, one arm up/one down overhead, suitcase carry and sandbag shoulder carry.

also i dont agree with him on the running if its for athletes. for athletes i would use a template very similar to strong and fast af.

everything else is in there and great to build an amazing base.

Drink can of Ensure when thirsty. 300 calories in 6 ounces.

1 gram protein per pound of body weight. Preferably split up into 4 equal meals.
