Did them in sets of 20. Did 100 before work. First set in the morning was the worst. I was slinging through them afterward. I was already doing the 100 pushups program so it wasn't too bad.

update for myself in the challenge
I injured my shoulder pretty bad on monday wake boarding, So I am out for now. I cant even lift it above my head. Hopefully I can come back in later in the month and at least do the daily stuff, I wont make the 10k.
