I'm about to do my P90X3 workout, and I'll do the pushups tonight. I'll aim for 500, with power stands and a 20 pound vest.

Let's say hypothetically I work out 5-6 days a week doing a certain form of exercise that the OT loves to hate. And let's say hypothetically that some days, push ups are involved. Could those push-ups count toward my total or not?
