Where did everybody end up? I finished at 4,015. 7 days of travel really set me back.

How? You can literally do pushups anywhere?

You will only get better when you quit making excuses.

One time while doing this challenge I was stuck on a job site for a couple of weeks. All the Mexicans would laugh at me when I would stop what I was doing to bang out a set of pushups while wearing a hardhat and steel toes.

Man, I would love to be able to do this. I need cortisone injections or something for my wrists. The usual floor push-ups badly hurt my wrists and also hurts sharply in the AC joints of my shoulders. I purchased hand grips that rotate for correct placement. The wrists don't hurt but it is more difficult. From the floor I can do 25, but with the hand grips only ten at a time before the pain starts getting sharp. Any suggestions?
