Unplayable when you have to putt on a sheet of water and the ball flings up all of the water. But we still had to play in it. Golf isn’t for pussies, you can’t always have perfect weather.

Lol no one believes you even play in tournaments

I played in a tournament a month ago where I had to deal with a shitload of rain during my round. The guys in the morning didn’t have to deal with any rain. It certainly made an effect on everyone with afternoon tee times. Maybe I should have bitched to the fsga that it wasn’t fair and they should have made it easier on us that had to play in the rain. I’ll remember that for next time.

Was the purse $12 million like it is this week?

Rain also makes a course much longer when you don’t get run out and you’re fighting the elements. The wind was awful too, but you didn’t see me bitching that it wasn’t fair

Just FYI, pros would rather play it soft.

That’s not true. There are some on here that know I play in tournaments. But you go ahead and think that, and then give us your grand opinions on tournament play. We will listen to your educated guess.

The jackass had a 4 shot lead going in to today. Look at the scores this morning vs. this afternoon. The scores were double this morning. Are you saying the whole afternoon group sucks?

There is no way to have a course play fair all day in the summertime. If they had watered the course heavy last night, the morning crew would have wrecked it and the afternoon would have had it tougher still.

I’ll take this kind of tournament over last year’s all day

How do the rest of the tournaments all year go without these issues coming up?

Yeah, for the John Deere. The US open sucks when it’s like that

You’re just wrong, it’s incredible so many on this board can’t understand a simple concept, obviously it won’t be identical all day but you can set it up where the afternoon isn’t a shite show.

Oh yeah and you’re dumb, the head of the USGA was just on TV saying they fricked up.

Does the John Deere have US Open rough to punish wayward shots? No

You seem real mad about this issue. You should probably seek professional help

So, the obvious wind and dry weather should determine the tournament and not the player? Looks at the scores from this morning vs. this afternoon. Would you tee off giving 2-3 shots to the field before putting a peg in the ground?

Davis said they got more wind than they expected. It happens. Had they set it up for high wind and didn’t get it, or gotten it only in the afternoon, they would have still been at a disadvantage to the morning crew.

I would say the conditions aren’t determining the winner when you have a lot of the top players in the world near the lead

DJ slapped it around and putted like shite today. He deserved his score

Nah, I just know that Nicklaus said when people started bitching about the course, they have no chance

The forcast called for the wind. When was the last time they had this kind of issue at the masters or the PGA? They have had this a few times at the open in The last few years.

I am going to bed.
