I have a video of the 9th green taken from the parking lot. I wish TD just let us upload like every other platform

is it feasible to have a casino up there?

I do believe video poker was/is allowed in WF. Not aure the SFV peeps would allow a casino though.

Ideally put a casino/hotel down by the river and let them fund some of the course similar to Grand Bear. Have shuttles run players to The Bluffs to play, ladies could enjoy a spa day at the clubhouse and meet their hubby after playing and ride the shuttle back to downtown SFV to shop/eat/gamble.

St. Francisville actively fights development and doesn't want to grow as a city. Highly doubtful that they would allow a casino.

I know. I said that earlier. I applaud them for that but as generations turn over all of those beautiful woods and pastures will soon be dsld and dr horton. They already let one slip in on the South side of town.
