Live on number 13 at Greatwood GC in Sugarland.

My group plays a different course every week.

* Greatwood has made a big improvement with the August rains. It was brown, but now it's very green.

After my initiation, I pay a monthly fee to play on David H Nutt’s personal golf course.

I guess Atascocita because I am a poor and don’t go to Kingwood. Haven’t played in months though.

Throughout my childhood and until i relocated to midddle TN after grad school, Ridgeway Country Club in Germantown, TN. Now, don't really have one. With work and kids, I really don't have the time to justify spending the money to join a club in this area. Probably should have jumped on an opportunity I had to get in with a good rate a few years ago, but I missed it and now that club isn't accepting new members anymore. Nashville area clubs also have completely ridiculous initiation fees at this point, which further makes it not worth it to me when I wouldn't be able to play there enough to justify dedicating that much money to a membership.

Haven't played there in years.

I really like Bentwood when it opened, shame that it was so mismanaged and it got in bad shape.

No kidding. RCC is fantastic now - did a $2+M renovation about 2 years ago. Waiting list is in place and has been for a while now - I was a member at Spring Creek Ranch and then moved back into Germantown in 2019 and joined RCC - that drive out to SCR was too much and the family didn't really like The Ranch since it was just a golf club really. Our Member Guest starts tomorrow - weather is going to be awesome. Course is in tremendous shape.

Yeah, my parents are still members so I can get on when I visit and we'll eat lunch/dinner with them. Ridgeway IMO has the best food in all of Memphis. Unfortunately, all those renovations were starting at the time I was leaving so my last regular play there was when all that was under construction and we had to play the course backwards with the tee boxes in front of the greens and the tee boxes being used as greens (we at least got to play at Southwind, Memphis CC, Chickasaw, and Colonial while that was going on at no charge). This was 2011ish. But still love the course and try to play as much as I can but it's realistically max 2 times a year now as I rarely even have time to make it to Memphis very often anymore.
