by PortHudsonPlaya I took my 3w out the bag years ago. Just never really hit it. I’m super long off the tee and accurate with my driver and can hit my 4 iron 240, maybe 250 if I crank it.

Hell porthudsonplaya hits his 4iron 240 lol

He definitely hits it longer than 250-260, but he’s absolutely a short hitter.

Won some big am tourney in Illinois I believe so he’s got game, he’s just going to lose so many strokes off the tee every round.

Elbow injury last year and lost it, shows how hard it is at the Tour level to stay competitive

How does that have anything to do with what I said?

Only 5 players averaged over 300 this week.

The longest was 303.9. Averaging 283 definitely isn't short, particularly on a soggy golf course.

It’s a play on words ya frickwad.

Take “short” literally, as in a comment about the mans stature, not his avg. driving distance.

Dumbass...

That's awesome in those conditions.

I was still surprised that he isn't monster long. Length off the tee is usually a major advantage for ex-athletes.

Kudos to Romo for his legit game

Very few ever make it on tour, maybe he just isnt that good outside of a few times he played lights out. There's no big shame in not making it on tour. You are talking about day in and day out the 100 best players in the world.

You just have to read for comprehension. He said he CAN hit it 240-250, I comprehend that to mean he USUALLY hits it 185 and 35yds off target, but this one time he really cranked it and omg you guys he’s SO LONG
