They took over a few years after Katrina, sometime around 2010 I believe. They were gone I think right before the south course was set to open. So around 2017.
It’s still in rough condition, but from where it was is remarkable.

not sure what year Casper had the north course, but their contract ended when the South course opened. maybe after Katrina till the south course opened

Ah. I didn’t start playing until after the south course was built.
