Pelican point is a great example. Some greens are 10’ off the old lines.

Yes, it looked so inviting but you really had to be perfect on your pitch. It could be a little wet in the depression immediately in front and the ball wouldn’t bounce up into the green. If you went long you would be way behind the hole. Little room available left or right.

also anything moving left off the tee is bound to be in the road. 1 iron off tee over trap is my go to shot on that hole
