They’re here because of the World Cup. They found out a fellow Norwegian was contending in this golf tournament so they brought the support. They’re not just mindlessly chanting “Norway, Norway!” At least they’re creative with their support.

I’m not big on the USA chant at random golf tournaments either.
This was warranted with the random Norwegians showing up in full garb though, doing the chants, etc. And it seemed to be in good fun.
When they were doing it to Fitzpatrick at The Players and Harbour Town, it made no sense because there wasn’t a bunch of Brits there singing God Save the King or flying the British flag.
