Any of you guys ever work with this before to build swing speed?

I want to grow up one day and hit it as far as some of you guys so I'm looking to improve swing speed. Right now I have the orange whip thing but I feel like that is more of a stretching tool.

The reviews I've seen are good but I haven't talked to any real golfers who have used it. Any other equipment or drills you guys have good experience with?

TIA

You should contact JP Guidry with Guidry Golf & Sport! He will get you going!

Havent used the stack system yet. But, Im in week 6 of Guidrys program. Haven't tested swing speed yet as there's not many places I can get tested here where I live.

But the program seems to work I would actually recommend it for just the stretches part as much as the workouts.

I plan on seeing my swing speed tomorrow since Im off and then after the 12 weeks. I dont get the one on one Consultation that comes w the other program so you have to be self discipline. If I lived in his area I would have purchased the other program

Bump for follow up…just bought one for my son who is 14 and about a buck fifteen. On the rhapsodo he can swing about 88 mph clubhead speed, and hoping to get him to 100 as he starts playing high school golf. I’m curious to see how it works so I might try it myself as I’m starting to lose some speed in my mid-40’s.

From what I’ve heard from people who really committed to speed training is if you’re gonna do it get in the gym first.

Lots of nagging injuries from going all out on over speed training and their bodies weren’t in shape to handle it.

Honestly the best at teaching speed is Paxton at Pelican Point. Went from 104 clubspeed to a floor of 112 and constantly 115-117 in two lessons. One of the most knowledgeable teachers in the south.

This is not entirely true. Depends where you need to generate more speed from.

You have to be careful with items like this and the superspeed sticks. Most are trying to generate more lag and quick at impact with wrist. But in actuality most of us need more pull from the top.
