While I agree, they don’t care about turning a profit, I think they will care about losing as much as they have if it continues with no sign of improvement.
Or at this pace it just stays irrelevant.

The reality is that outside of the majors+players, most people just don't care about these random one off tournaments and adding back 10-15 liv guys isn't going to change that.
ETA one positive that has came from this LIV deal, I do believe it has increased interest/intrigue in the major tournaments.
