Dumas is in pretty good shape for a change, Clark is Clark. The rumor is they are going to combine 6 holes of Clark and 3 holes of Dumas. Dumas will become the exhibit part of the zoo. Starting date supposed to be December 15 so we will see.

If what he is saying is true about telling home owners that, wouldn't they have options for them to keep the course? The restaurant covers itself with lunches so you just need to offset the golf ops. You can have someone own the pro shop and not even deal with that.
