I tried to watch it on Netflix. I made it through one or two episodes and that was it. I didn’t think it was very funny.

Pretty much this. Had a few classic Will Ferrell lol moments but not many.
The son really held the show back. Possibly the worst actor I've ever seen in a TV show, which is saying something. No idea how that guy was cast. Every scene he was in was painful.
Agreed it was better than Stick. The son and non binary in that one were better actors but actually more insufferable than Hawks son.
