I tried to watch it on Netflix. I made it through one or two episodes and that was it. I didn’t think it was very funny.

Pretty much this. Had a few classic Will Ferrell lol moments but not many.
The son really held the show back. Possibly the worst actor I've ever seen in a TV show, which is saying something. No idea how that guy was cast. Every scene he was in was painful.
Agreed it was better than Stick. The son and non binary in that one were better actors but actually more insufferable than Hawks son.

I've never seen the show, but I assume his son is Jimmy Tatro. I really have no idea how that guy keeps getting roles. I get the mockumentary he did and Real Bros, but everything else just doesn't make sense. The one that confuses me the most is a show that was probably canceled where 3 siblings were the main characters. He played a rich, snobby character. I could not imagine a worse fit for him.

That's him. I looked up his filmography and I've never seen anything he's ever been in other than The Hawk. Most everything he's in has really bad ratings which isn't surprising. His longest running roles were The Real bros of Semi Valley and Home Economics. Also was in 9 episodes of Modern Family.
Just an unbelievably bad actor.

Real Bros makes completely sense to have him in the cast. He seems to be playing what I imagine is a very exaggerated version of himself. I think Home Economics was the show I was thinking of that he plays the rich brother. I have only seen the trailer, but it seemed like they cast him in that role by mistake.
