Tennis Racket Grip on Driver

I hate wearing a glove. Only put one on if my hands are sweating too much and my grip keeps slipping. I played tennis years ago and recall being able to keep the racket gripped really well despite sweating way more playing tennis than golf. I decided to try out a Tennis Racket grip on my driver to see if it would reduce the slippage without a glove any and holy crap it worked great. Just putting this out there for any of you who struggle with grip. It's a wrap style grip and I didn't remove the club grip to put it on.

Do you just mean the tennis racket grip tape on top of the regular grip? I could see that working out pretty well.

You put it over the grip?

Over the rubber grip - against the rules
On the shaft as the only grip - good to go

If you are concerned about legality you might try some Winn Dry Tac grips (I'm sure other brands have a tacky grip).
I use them on my irons and don't really need a glove unless the grips start wearing down. I will let you know that they don't seem to last as long as some other grips I have used in the past but the grip is fantastic and I always keep a few on hand to change them myself.

I used to double wrap my putter grip in tennis tape because it gives you nice "grooves" to lock your fingers in.

Finger 10 gloves work for me.
I’ve played 63 holes so far and have not switched gloves.
Stitching is intact.

Yeah. It's the grip tape that goes over the grip. I did a quick search on legality and it seemed the consensus was that it was legal since it maintained the conforming shape. Anyone have a link to the rulebook? The link I found was referencing the rulebook but the link didn't work.
