Our group played it this past Saturday. Thought it was in good shape, at $40.00 it is a bargain.

Great layout for very cheap price. Greens are always the question when we ride up to play.

Probably my favorite layout but like you said the greens are always in question. May hit it one day during the week.

IMO they were. A few had some spots on them. But MUCH improved from previous times I had played there.

The last time I played there was probably 10 years ago. Went on a Friday with my brother. Played the first ten holes in 1:20, then played the next two holes in 1:20. We left after. There was a 6-some and 5-some in front of us, and on our way back to the clubhouse we passed a hole with so many people on it I thought there was some pro playing with a little mini gallery.

we went about a month ago on a saturday morning and no one was out there. greens were in decent shape, nothing to stop you from making putts
