Putter Shaft - Graphite vs Steel

What do y’all about steel v graphite putter shafts? Seeing many more players game the graphite and it appears to be a more consistent shaft for strike and club face squaring up. Anyways. Just curious what y’all think and use? I personally have always played steel but the graphite has me interested.

I have putters with both and a few with combinations of the two. The stability shaft the better option if you’re looking to splurge on a putter shaft.

I compared the same odyssey with and without the stroke lab shaft and there was a subtle difference in the weighting. I preferred the stroke lab

I have tried them all. Can't really say there was a real difference in accuracy or control.
I currently use a Phantom 5.5 with steel shaft.
When it comes to feel, it is all very subjective and a lot of variables when you consider the inserts, non inserts, grip types, balls, etc...

I've tried most offerings from LAGP, BGT Stability, Accra, Fuji, and Diamana. They're all great in their respective rights.
I can't say that any of them improved the feel off the face when striking a putt, but once familiar with the shaft, the distance control can get pretty dialed in. That was just my experience using them and the biggest benefit for my game personally.
But please don't pay retail prices for any of them. I have several friends who have accounts through the respective dealers and will sell them cost plus shipping

I feel like this has to be some kind of fad. Unless someone can explain to me how using a graphite shaft definitively improves your putting I fail to see or understand the benefit. Educate me.
Confidence is the only thing I can come up with.
Full swing clubs? Absolutely. A club you literally swing 1mph?

It creates a different weight distribution and has a different feel. Like everything with regards to feel, some will like it some wont.
