Lol why do people like you fail to stick to the subject? You guys or girls keep dragging on like a stuck record. Someone already and very thankfully addressed my question. 3 hrs and 15 mins was solid timing for a 3 some in 2016. But because you can't follow where the convo started, this is where I'm ending my tidbit.

Ok.

I guess I saw the 3 hours and thought that was pretty fast for crowded courses.

Putting greens don’t seem as crowded as the courses in my experience.

I hope you can find some joy in the game of golf. It sounds like you are a very talented player.

They are policing who is putting on the practice green for 30 min?

Ive never seen club staff monitoring a putting green

No. 3 hrs flat is not good timing. A tour player averages 4 hours per round. 3 hours is fast play
