Played last Friday, good tract with massive greens, some as large as 8,000 square feet. Wind was gusting to 25 mph, which made club choice very difficult. First Trail course I played and I was very impressed.

Every hole at Capital hill has a “don’t miss” area. Some of them have several.
Thought I had Judge the other day, 3 under after 7. The rest….well the rest I spent on the wrong side of one ridge or another. I moved nearby a month ago and have 3 putted more in a month than I have in a year.

I bet the greens are starting to look nice out there.

They are, but still really hard. Def Have to play for the bounce.

That's almost every RTJ course in existence. He loved the idea of 3 sections of the green, the proper one, the ok one and the wrong one. Its better to miss a green than be on the wrong section for the current pin position.
