DJ, and probably Niemann and Ancer would be above him. So let's say a top 25 player. Still not sure how that qualifies for back side of his career at age 35 when he's coming off his best season ever.

The European Tour has already given their blessing to LIV members.
What? No they haven’t.

Players who joined Saudi-funded LIV Golf can still play in all the majors — and qualify for the Ryder Cup — now that the PGA Championship and British Open have announced only minor tweaks to existing criteria.Feb 22, 2023

Possibly, but only if LIV takes off and is successful for a few years.

I agree. We were discussing the possibility of this, last Sunday, on the course. Made for an interesting topic.

Watched the Velero yesterday with my wife. She asked where were all the stars at? I told her they were preparing for the Masters, and that these guys playing this weekend are trying to get in the Masters with winning Valero. I turn the channel and watched the LIV for about 2 minutes. Boring.

I hope it happens it would be very fun to watch. I really like LIV’s team format to go with the individual competition but their production is light years behind the PGA.
I’m really excited for the masters and hope there is a PGA vs LIV storyline it makes an already exciting tourney even more exciting.
All this LIV vs PGA hate makes golf more interesting. The thing the PGA has always been bad at is letting their stars personalities show. LIV has helped change that

It shouldn't be a PGA vs LIV thing.
There is room for both tours since LIV plays a lot abroad.
The rankings is a different subject altogether.
LIV is the new kid, there was already a established format of 72 holes for points to be awarded.
If LIV would adopt the 72 hole format then I would have no issues with them getting some adjusted points.
