Wow hole in one on 17 is really impressive. I was watching guys yesterday and today and it was playing really tough with the wind.

I watched he and Stenson dunk a combined 3 balls in the water on 17 in four ball the last time the Zurich was held. Amazingly, Stenson’s second attempt (after McDowell hit two in the water and he put his first one in the water) was stuffed to about 5 feet from the hole and they saved bogey.
Grame alluded to that on tv after hitting his hole in one saying, “I just wanted on dry land”.

Worked 7 tee for a few years. On Pro-am day the guys almost all talk or joke with you. Heck Reed even let me check out his driver one year. Once it’s for real, few ever do. It’s their job.

Limited to 10,000 fans. Mask requirements but no one is wearing them once you enter the course.

When I was there Thursday, they had people going around telling you to put your mask on. I felt sorry for them because most fans would look at them like they were crazy.

They must have given up on enforcing...90 percent of the workers/volunteers were maskless throughout the course as well.

They aren’t enforcing shite in regards to masks thank goodness
However, some lady on mask patrol asked me and others around me to put a mask on when I was near the ropes by a group on Friday morning featured groups on PGA Tour live. Probably for appearances only.

There wasn't chin diapers walking around. Literally everyone said frick the mask and leaving 18 after Finau finished was a shitshow.

You need a mask to get on the shuttle bus from public parking at the Alario Center back and forth to the course, but once you are outdoors, not much mask harassment going on.
