I guess some think it's cool to hate on the PGA Tour right now for whatever reason.

My biggest complaint with LIV is that the telecast production is amateurish andsome of the courses they play look a little rough around the edges. .

I don't care for the music on LIV, but the team aspects have some merit.

Bottom line is that fans can pick apart every sport and its pro's and con's.

Is the PGA Tour doing everything 100% right ?

Of course not, but at the moment, it's a better viewing product IMO.

It is odd since he lead the charge for change in regards to the PGA tour in response to LIV, that he doesn’t even do some of the select events.

McElboobs is special. Hilton Head may have not had slot big enough to park his Gulfstream, or he simply doesn't believe his own shite.

Yes, he has been paid 75% of his money.

“ Golfers received 75% of their PIP money earlier this year and would get the other 25% after fulfilling certain obligations, with one of them being to play at least 16 of 17 designated events in 2023”

While it's incredible money, this isn't a got em either buddy. Half washed Phil got almost double of what McIlroy has mad in his career to make the switch.

LIV got bashed on here because they would fine players for breaking contract. PGA is doing the same. I say good for them though, they should fine him. Don't champion for the PGA and how it's not a hard job but then play less events than you committed to.

Have no problem with the PGA here. The players pushed for this, Rory leading the charge. They agreed to the setup, now honor the agreement.

Meanwhile, Jon Rahm, who nobody would have blamed if he skipped the Heritage coming off his Masters win, not only shows up to play but after having a rough first round grinds his way back to a top 15 finish. Then, after finishing his final round, hangs out in the booth and provides color commentary for a while. When asked how much time he's taking off he says he'll probably catch himself chipping around the green in a day or so, can't give it up he loves it so much.

Love Rahm.

Did they agree? I mean did someone actually put this on paper to sign off on? Seems like the players are having to simply adjust to what they've been told. The PGA is desperate for brand names on these specially designated telecasts and showed the players how desperate.

But it feels like Alfalfa is just mad and disappointed at the result of missing the cut at his Masters and I don't think he was in the mood for more of the same at the Heritage. He's probably down in the lab at this moment trying to fix what's broken.

I mean...he made a conscious decision to skip the event. Must be nice to be able to forgo a 3MM payout for skipping an "elevated" event... Which he helped establish.
