They do hide them. I got caught in the rain and I was cussing that my bag came without a rainhood.

Of course, after I got home and tore it apart , I found it. It's even labeled lol..

I will say, after having a Ping Traverse for a couple months, and getting caught in solid drizzling rain one time, the rain hood leaves a lot to be desired. Seems like an afterthought because it doesn’t match the color scheme or anything like that. Just solid black and kind of shitty… Great bag otherwise. Maybe a product of Ping being HQ’ed somewhere that it hardly ever rains?
