Most difficult par 5 in BR area?

My vote: #18 at Greystone.
No chance to get there in two. Tee shot can't be right and left means pray for a lie where you can hook it (righties). Can't miss the green long (rough + downhill/down grain = can't stop it), right (trees + dirt), or short and left (water or bunker) . No easy putts anywhere.

#3 at u club is pretty hard. Just a long hole. Probably the longest I have ever played

How long is that one? 606 yds for my choice.

#2 at the Island. The tee ball isn't difficult, unless you get greedy and don't pull it off. The second shot, if you go for it, it's one of the most exacting shots you'll ever have to hit. OB tight right, the green runs hard to the Hazard left, which is right next to the green. Long is dead. Any thing with top spin or hook spin probably wet.
Oh, if you lay up, you still have to cover the water, the fairway slopes to the hazard left and it's still OB right.
It's a brilliant golf hole. One of my favorites.
If you play for 5, it's not tough. If you try to make 4, you could end up with a 10.

3 @ UClub is 673 tipped out, 15 @ CCL from the tips you aren't reaching in 2 as well, the par 5 at Copper, 12 I think, it isn't getting hit in 2.

I've seen Net and BeaverPro eagle it and yes they made a putt for 3

15 at CCL is an easy tee shot. So is 12 at Copper which is an easy green. I'll give you U club.

That's what makes it a great hole! If you pull off the shots, you get rewarded. If you don't, it will jack your world up. But it also lets you play smart and make a low stress 5 (or 6).
We played a league tourney there a few years ago and the course was playing super fast. 2 guys in my group putted off the green into the hazard.
Length is a terrible way to defend par. It's boring. I'm a short knocker, but if I hit 2 good shots, I'm still covering 500 yards. Now I've got a wedge in hand to a 600 yard hole.

You can hit them both in 2 from the tips?

That's not what I'm saying at all. You can make a "bad" shot off the tee and still make par on those two. At GStone and UClub, you have to be almost perfect with 3 shots. I'm not sure about U Club but at GS you still have to make a putt that will break 4 feet at least no matter where you are.

I've eagled it.

13 at Atchafalaya is the shortest Par-5 in South Louisiana. I've made more big numbers there than about any par 5 regardless of length. Why? Because you just about have to go for it. It's a tiny target, but you can't not go for it from 160.

620 from the tips (I looked it up)
#1 handicap hole

Bandit gave it an extra 50 yards...

Not on that hole.
#12 at CM is the only par 5 I've never eagled:

Skygolf says 620,
Bluegolf says 673
I haven't played since it first reopened. I would defer to bandit

I agree with No. 3 at U-Club. Long water in play with a hook, OB in play with a slice, elevated green that makes a wedge into green difficult.
I8 at the bluffs not nearly as long but plays long as it is up hill and also into an elevated green.

It looks like 620 from my app. It's probably 670 but screw bandit.

Can #4 at Greystone be eagled?
