Mental Block Right Now - Recs Appreciated

I’ve got a bit of a mental challenge going right now. Struggling to block negative thoughts. Have a good pre shot mental routine. But not super confident over the ball. The last two rounds I’ve played - played 13 holes well and have had 5 big scores.
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Get rid of,the routine no practice swings, step in and hit the ball.Make it an athletic move instead of getting paralyzed by analysis

Music.
Circles in the sand by Belinda Carlisle is my go to.
Yes I’m serious. It gets me away from thinking too much about the swing (the body knows what to do). I start playing it in my head. If you’re doing something that occupies your mind it’s easier to get past bad swing thoughts for the next one.

getting paralyzed by analysis
Paralysis by analysis is a real thing for sure. Don’t abandon a routine though. Keep your routine and deal with the outcome for each shot. Your most important shot is the next one. When I play under this mantra I’ve had my best scoring days, and actually am shocked that I was not purely focused on my golf swing, but was hell bent on dealing with the outcome of each shot as the round progressed.

Man, I just went through something like this. Like is was in a funk. I added a move to my reshot routine that I forces a “feel” I want in my swing. Then, I clear out everything but that feeling. Swing.
It’s hard to explain but it helps me clear my head.

Your preshot routine must be simple as well as your swing keys. Focus on only one or 2 things max. My son once told me “put your head behind the ball at address and keep it there” Think of nothing else. My one thought is to keep your left arm straight at impact. If you have a bent left arm your toast. Keep everything simple.

Just hit balls man. Confidence comes from you proving to yourself you can do it in practice. Nothing wrong with a pre shot routine you always use.

I stop, take a deep breath or two, and try to get my mind and body to relax completely. I look at my target, and picture the shot exactly as I want it to happen. I've hit shots like this on the range and on the course before, I can do it again. Address the ball, take an easy breath, then start your swing.

Play faster.
The faster I play, the better I play and score.
