Course sucks, no but seriously, it sucks. Rather play muni. I believe The Farm is running a membership special and while not my favorite, is much better.
All cons
If you live REALLY close that would be a pro

Im looking for a new home.... LVC is closest outside of Squirrel and Spanish Trail. Been a member of both. LVC and Muni are included in the membership. $950/year.... They have a men’s golf association and member events throughout the year. Getting a new push cart and I’m going to walk 90% of my rounds. LT and Oakbourne are out of my budget.

Sorry I was too buzzed last night. Yes, you get LVC and Muni. The men’s group there is ok from what I hear. LVC is a decent lay out; but they just don’t up keep it like they should/could. However, when it’s in good shape, it is fun. Don’t get a push cart or Bagnerd will cry about it. Hit me up and we can go play some time. I haven’t played LVC in a while.

Gotta have a push cart! Too old to carry and too damn easy to push! 10-4 on the round sometime!

If you're under 35 then LT and Oak might not be out of your budget like a lot of ppl assume. I hate LVC and would prefer the farm or wetlands if the locations work for you

the junior and super junior memberships at LT and Oak are about the same per month as a wetlands membership. LT has no other financial commitment, Oak has a minimum food and beverage commitment

If your under 30 its only $500 and 175(?)/month for LT. between 30-34 its like 1500 or 2k... I think and 300/month

edit: They are now only accepting like 3 new members a year. That started last year.
