I am going to be in Wailea and am considering playing the courses there. I have fortunately played Kapalua before and want to experience the ones closer to the south of the island. I’m assuming Emerald course? If I play twice should I play the gold or emerald a second time?

Ko Olina too far out for you? It’s a good one.

I played Maui Nui Golf Club in Kihei a few years back. The fairways and greens were amazing. It's not directly on the ocean, but there are holes with some great views. At the time, fees were only $40 (in August). Definitely worth checking out.

I may have to look into those. Thanks for the heads up! Have you played the Waimea golf club courses? Was curious about them.

Played wailea gold in November. Really fun course with some pretty views. Not as dramatic as Kapalua

I was there Christmas 2017 and played Emerald, Gold, and Blue.
All 3 were great and honestly they kind of blend together in my mind.

Pretty courses that were in GREAT shape with AMAZING views. Basically just what you are looking for in Hawaii golf. I would play Gold the second time instead of playing Emerald twice, my opinion
