Saw the lights on poles laying on the ground Thursday. Only a matter of time I guess.

Yea I start to get worried when a lot of my drives feel really good then fall right out of the sky 20 yds shorter than usual. Gotta keep reminding myself I’m hitting dimpleless balls.

Sorry if germans, but sherwood is back open again? I thought it closed for good around 2014 or so

Some tennis people bought it and they kept the range open. They have a self serve ball machine.

Sounds like the permits for the lights are going to take a little while

But it’ll be fun to hit at night during the summer months

Eventually a 9 hole executive course.

Probably a few years away.

New range balls! Please lord and cut the grass once in a while you could lose a dog sometimes on the driving range.

Never been here before, but I plan to give it a shot. I didn’t realize they had a range here.

Talked to the guy running the range and he said they will have 4 practice holes soon but the greens going to be a spot cut low.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is a spot cut low green?

How would practice holes work as for costs? Did they have a timeline on this? This could make a membership there with the pool and tennis more attractive if they have a practice facility.

4 holes on the way home from work is a really good option. Go to the gym for 45 minutes or walk 4 holes of golf. I'll take golf.
