Not really sure why, but I played LaTour this week with two members. They told me the owner cleaned house by firing the Pro, several administrators and course superintendent. I have no reason why, but I can tell you course was in excellent shape.

Can’t be true. Played a month ago and it was amazing. He’d be an idiot to clean house.

Been about a month since this happened, but it definitely happened. They weren't let go due to work performance, there was some drama going on within the team

I am a member. The course is in good shape...I wouldn't say amazing shape. The whole staff was let go over about 1 month ago. Lots of drama involving the staff.

The new pro Alan Martell from Audubon took over. He will do a great job.

Couple of weeks ago I got meet him under less than pleasent terms. He handled the situation very well, even wanted to comp my round. Told him thanks but left without playing. Had to do with multiple double booked tee times, would have been a longer afternoon than I was willing to deal with in this heat.

Should have just played but I was already aggrevated after doing my taxes and having to cut Uncle Sam a damn check.

Played yesterday afternoon and damn is that course in great shape. Pretty stiff wind coupled with me being terrible lead to a terrible round for me, but the course is extremely nice.
