Called a 2-stroke penalty on himself that no one would have ever seen or known. Lots of money riding on position on the leaderboard and he still made the call.

Funny how Vijay Singh never caught much negative feedback from his cheating. Had a buddy of mine play the Asian tour with him. Said he was a straight up cheater. So much so that the Asian tour banned him from playing in any tournaments.

It did. I spoke too soon. I thought there was no way Morikawa would play 18 as bad as he did. I also didn’t think Theegala was going to make that putt.

I mean he was caught cheating one time when he was 22 and stuck with him for a long time. And it was a temporary ban. He won numerous times on the Asain Tour after that. Nobody really views Vijay as a cheater. Very few golfers have ever put in the time that VJ put into his game and is a well liked guy.
