Anyone pick one of these up? I have been struggling with my driver (original Stealth) being too spinny. I was going to get fitted for a new driver, but saw this and went ahead and purchased one. For $200 it's worth the test to see if there is any improvement, if it doesn't work then I'll take it back to Costco or sell it on eBay for what I paid for it. I paid extra for overnight shipping so I should have it tomorrow!

I have looked on their website and can't find it at all. Even the irons show up despite being sold out. For $200 I'm sure its going to be a good value, the shaft by itself is probably $100, and grip $10. Club head just needs to be worth $90 for it to be worth it and with a carbon fiber crown and titanium face they seem to be using current technology. Add in the head cover and wrench and its surprising they can sell this at this price compared to the big names in drivers. maybe this will pull them all back from the $6-800 driver to a $400?

ETA: Found it LINK

Sold out though

The sole looks a lot like the PXG Gen6 driver.

It looks like the Regular flex is still available. I'd be tempted but I just got a new Callaway.

I’ll be honest, I’d probably laugh (to myself at least) if one of my playing partners rolled up with Costco clubs

What if one of your playing partners then beat you with those laughable clubs? To each their own. For $200 it’s worth a shot, people thought the same thing with the 1st generation Kirkland golf ball but now it’s widely accepted to play.

I received the driver and have had some time to hit it. My thoughts, it looks just like the Titleist driver. I compared it to my buddies T driver and it’s eerily similar to it. The shaft is a 60g Stiff even flow and I’m used to a 70g x-stiff so the Kirkland is a little whippy for me. I’m not sure if the tip is proprietary or not, it’s definitely not the same as my Stealth. Because of the shaft, I will probably end up selling the driver unless I can determine what tip it is so I can get a new shaft in it.

Got a few guys at the club that have slower swing speeds that may like it.

My first thought is that it looks like a Titleist. I’m glad more companies are making clubs. Hopefully, it drives down some prices from the big boys.
