He should have been fired long ago for the way he handled the threat of LIV. He’s did nothing bit laugh at and mock the idea of LIV golf. It was a real threat and the PGA took a big hit due to Jay’s unwillingness to compromise with the players.

Jay managed to keep almost all of the top players while competing against a league with unlimited money and guaranteed contracts. Seems like he did alright

Agree. Not to mention how things are set up for the future. Seems like in the future will be tougher for LIV to get the top players on a regular basis but as long as there is money of course there is a way. As for criticism his job is to take the criticism and be that person if needed.

A lot of these LIV fanboys just want carnage and for the PGA to crumble. I don't understand it, but that seems to be their MO. If Jay would have tried to work with LIV, Norman would have crushed him. Jay's only card he could play was banning them from the PGA tour if they left.
