I was cracking away working on a few things, striping it I might add with a little more draw than normal ( I don't care where it's going I'm just doing a little video session with the cell phone working on a position ) and this guy that can't break a 1000 wants to start giving me pointers. I think I saw him whiff a few.

The. Worst.

This is the entire reason I put headphones in on the range and ignore everybody and everything.

HUGE pet peeve of mine. I’m near a scratch and I don’t feel comfortable giving advice even when someone asks. But when someone tries to tell me something when they don’t know shite about my swing, I’m ready to fight.

Yes there is and i witnessed it Sunday. So took, the kid to,hit balls and work on stuff with her. I am working with her and trying to get her to turn more and not extend to early. So old baw is watching us, about 25 balls into our practice he comes down and ask me to video his swing. No problem, then wants me to watch it and show him the drills I was doing with an 11yr old.

I get irrationally upset when the driving range is in rough shape and someone takes it upon themselves to go hit on the non roped off sections. You are the reason it stays in shite shape.

This guy wouldn't have broke 100 at my course I'm a 5 and used to be a 1 for a decade, my entire family is full of college golfers, uncle played in mid am etc. He was complimenting me too saying hiw impressed he was, then wanted to start in on a few tiny things

Me too! Then they proceed to dig trenches next to each other rather than in a straight line.

I swear, angle of attack is a real struggle for some. I have seen spots at our club where you could bury a 20lb Groundhog.

This is the kind of shite the sales guys at Golf Galaxy say when they try to fit new golfers into a Stealth 2 and Titleist T100s.

Unsolicited advice is annoying everywhere, but especially a driving range.

There's one driving range I go to that if I see a certain person out there, I turn around and go somewhere else. The minute you get a bucket, he is following you in his cart. It's not a busy range so it's like he waiting on someone to come so he can give advice. Maybe that is why I guess it's not busy because others feel like me.

Yes, it's your fault for engaging with him. Have you ever been paired with somebody that won't STFU? That you can't avoid

The tight arse on the range that refuses to spend $5 on a bucket. He’s scrounging around going to collect everyone’s leftover balls. Sometimes he even goes and steals balls from the chipping area.

I stopped going to the range because of people like that. It probably only happened a handful of times but I can't stand it, and then if I decline their advice then I'm the jerk.
