In some very believable golf news: Donald Trump wins 2 more club championships this week.

In addition to his Super Senior Club Championship earlier this year at Trump Golf Palm Beach, this past week he won the Senior Championship and the Club Championship. no scores were posted. That is now around 25 reported club championships for Trump.
This is in addition to the won he won last year at Bedminster where he shot a 67. The same course that LIV played at that year and out of the 144 rounds, only six golfers shot 67 or lower. Add that to the other 2023 Club Championship at Trump International where he won the two day Stableford tournament despite only playing one day.
Let's all give Trump a golf clap for his strong week of tournament golf

No he's not. His handicap hasn't updated this year but last year it was listed as a 2.8 and his lowest round being a 70. That's a very golfer, though I don't believe either of those stats. Even if you do believe them, he's not good enough to win the club championships he's claimed to have won. A super senior CC sure, a senior, maybe, but a straight up club championship at an elite course, gtfo.

Of course he didn't. But what tees he played from would go along with his skill set. But Trump from the senior tees is not better than %95 of LIV golfers from the tips. This is how I know you're not a competitive player and out of touch with reality if you believe any of those stories. 100% he played from the Senior tees even in the regular club championship, that right there should disqualify him.
This has nothing to do with him as a president, which I have never once complained about on here or even been on the Poli board to talk about. This is simply stating he's a cheating golfer and you're crazy if you don't think so. Trump has an ex-pro golfer buddy on record stating that Trump is a good golfer for his age, but legit laughed when asked about the number of club championships Trump has claimed to have won. He said he's played in countless club championships and has won a handful of them. Club championships aren't easy to win at nice golf courses... unless you're a billionaire with your name in the title of the golf course.

I think he is for sure a sandbagger, but playing from the senior tees is very different than playing from beyond the TIPS at the pro tees.

It wasn't a super senior, it was the senior, and he never said it was net score, he made it appear it was gross. He defended it by saying "there was no hanky/lanky." He sounds like a scramble foursome group trying to defend the 48 they posted. This was like a month after the videos of him shanking numerous shots. But I guess he got his game in shape enough to drop a -5 ad Benminster. Which I guess is totally doable for a 2.8 handicap (he's not a 2.8) just because he's playing from the senior tees.

Yes, quite a few. And quite a few city amateurs, and when you're playing in a regular club championship (like he just claimed to win), everyone plays from the same tees. You don't get to play from the seniors just because you're over 50 in a club championship.
