So simple, short, and powerful, something I aspire to

Lots of power with such a short backswing.

His swing is gross.
Great golfer. Gross swing

I’d love to see yours for comparison if his is gross?
What’s gross about it?

He's been excommunicated from Basque country, then.

Love it. He hits the crap out of it and gets that nice fade at the end.
As a guy with a more "powerful build" in the lower body, he's aspirational.

It’s compact.
I like it too.
He is a powerfully built man. From thighs to chest he’s built like a linebacker.
I have a compact swing, but I’m built like an old man.

I wish they would just follow him all round, whether he's in contention or not, like they used to do with Tiger.
Love his swing.

Rahm is really growing on me. Dude got the shaft a couple weeks ago and put it behind him to win this thing.
His WITB videos are great too. Dude is clueless on his clubs. Funny stuff

I love the fact that he doesn't have a swing coach, psychologist, personal trainer, personal assistant so on and so forth.
Just a caddie and says he knows how to fix his swing when he's doing things wrong.
Need more golfers like that.

All those guys have pretty swings no doubt about it but to this day I still haven’t seen a swing prettier than Freddie Couples.

There’s lots of great swings from the older guys like Jack, Seve, Tom Watson and Lee Trevino but I’ll cover just last 25 years or so below.
1. Fred Couples: it’s amazing how he hit the ball as far as he did with such a smooth swing.
2. Ernie Els: there’s a reason his nickname is “The Big Easy”
3. Louis Oothuzein: another South African. It’s a beauty to watch.
4. Adam Scott: he’s got the most perfect example of today’s interpretation of a prototype swing.
5. Rory McIlroy: same as Scott but Rory does it balls to the wall. The strength that guy has is his core muscles must be ridiculous.
6: Steve Elkington: before there was Scott or Rory this guy had the most mechanically sound swing along with the last guy on this list:
7. Vijay Singh: he knew how to use his big size produce distance from a swing all based on rhythm.
Look for Brooks Koepka to one day be considered with these guy as his mechanics and his power make him the most consistent player on tour.

Watching him accelerate through a wedge is beautiful.
