Hollow body irons

It looks like this is going to be the future/next direction of irons. Every manufacturer seems to be getting on the band wagon especially in the player's distance category.
I know a lot of you are hitting them.
1) Do you have a hollow body iron?
2) What brand and model?
3) Do you like it?
4)How do they feel against a traditional forged club?
I've heard they can be "clicky" but he forgiveness and distance is worth it.

Still insisting on turning in you cult card, I see.
1.) I gamed hollow body before switching to the GOAT irons.
2.) Edel
3.) mixed.
4.) pured feeling felt nice and clicky. Anything not pure felt terrrrrrible. Very dead feeling. Srixon’s give me a good feeling on off center hits.
ETA: I also demo’d Ping i500. Same mixed feelings.

Also, I just wanted to drive some new conversations on the board.

Is this like the foam filled Taylor Made irons from back in like 1994?

PXG Gen4 XP irons with the MMT shafts.
They have a Polymer insert inside.
I couldn't be happier with them.
I spent the past two year trying all of the new irons as some know and now I am good. I only play and don't pound range balls any more because of a delicate back.
My PXG's are a half club longer that my G425 were, hit the ball on a great flight and the forged face feel is awesome.
Got a good deal on them during their Special 7 or 11 deal,6-GW, Sugar Daddy 56* and 22* Hybrid with MMT 80 stiff shafts.
Since then, I have added a SD 58*, 5 wood and a 3 wood on order.
Some folks may loathe the commercials or whatever, but the product quality and customer service is top notch.
After all, its about getting the ball in the hole.

I'm going to be fitted for long irons/hybrids/woods on Thursday and look forward to stroking some with the Mizunno Pro 225 2 & 3 irons. Apparently they have more loft than the HMBs which I currently use. I don't know what "bending weak" means but apparently that's a thing people are doing with mixed bags so the loft differences are normalized.

Would I swap my PXG irons for the new 790's, No
I just sold a set of Cally Apex 21's irons with KBS PGI shafts and they are pretty solid clubs. I really don't know why but I kept hooking the heck out of those irons, probably just an optics thing for me.
It's been a fun year buying and hitting new clubs, it was something that I planned for when I retired.
Luckily I have a good friend in the golf business that helped me acquire and sell all of the different clubs and it probably cost me out of pocket 3 grand total to get where I am. Well worth it and very fun.
If anyone has questions, these are the clubs that I have owned and hit this past 12 months.
Ping G425, woods and irons
Srixon X5 irons ( 2 sets steel and Recoil shafts)
Cally Apex 21 irons, Epic Max woods
PXG Gen 4 woods, hybrids, wedges and irons
TM Sims woods and 790 irons
Tour Edge fairways
Titleist T200 irons, TSI woods, Vokey wedges
Mizuno 921 irons
Evnrol Putters
Sub 70 fairways
Honestly nothing right now excites me and I have settled on a set .

Good price, great reviews!
I’ve taken a hard look at and have hit the 699pros from Sub 70. They just don’t excite me.
Now, those TA3s

Yep . . . The TA3’s have my full attention right now.
On a side note, I have the TA3 WB Putter and it is awesome!

The TA3s are out of my league. The CBs might be good for me, but again, not very exciting compared to other options out there.

P770's with rifle 6.5's, love them especially look at address, played blades since I was 14 and never got used to the look of a GI club. They aren't as pure as a well hit blade but certainly aren't clicky or dull feeling like the cheap Srixon irons this board loves. They don't have the ridiculous loft a lot of these new irons have either.
